Who wants a chullo?

Chullos from PeruDuring my last trip to Peru in August (see this Photo Album for evidence), I picked up some goods for myself. I got some pens, jackets, sweaters, chocolate, and chullos. What are chullos? you say, well they are what you see to the left of this paragraph.

Traditionally made out of alpaca, chullos are hats used in the Andes. They always have two long ear flats that help prevent body heat escape through the ears.

I’ve managed to survive the winter cold without a jacket or hat, until now. I know it sounds weird, but to an extent I am proud. Anyways…I searched for my chullos so that they could protect me from this brutal cold. When I tried them on, they felt pretty tight. Turns out that I had forgotten to try them on when I bought them.

I really don’t like having things laying around my room/house that aren’t being used, so I am giving them away. The grey one has a whole on one of the ears. Other than that, they are in perfect condition. I really don’t want to throw them out. So if your interested, hit me up!

P.S.

It’s been about 4 months and I still got some chocolate left. I am willing to share if you guys want. Just send me a comment or email or tweet or watever. I am very reachable.
